Hipomineralização molar-incisivo: uma abordagem estética conservadora usando infiltrante resinoso convencional em criança de 10 anos de idade. Relato de Caso.

A hipomineralização molar-incisivo (HMI) é caracterizada por alteração na formação do esmalte dentário de molares e incisivos, podendo apresentar lesões bastante variáveis, de acordo com a severidade. A insatisfação estética dos pacientes com HMI é queixa bastante comum, impactando negativamente na qualidade de vida. Desta forma, o presente artigo teve como objetivo apresentar um caso clínico de um paciente de 10 anos de idade que apresentava insatisfação estética em relação principalmente aos seus dentes superiores anteriores acometidos por HMI. Foi realizado tratamento estético conservador utilizado o infiltrante resino ICON®, com seguimento clínico de 3 meses. O infiltrante resinoso convencional foi capaz de oferecer ótimo resultado estético, além de basear-se em técnica extremamente conservadora e simples.
